We ship items within 3-5 days of purchase

SHIPPING -
As of now we only ship within the US. We ship first class mail, which has a 3-7 day delivery date. 

After you purchase your items please wait 10 days before contacting us about delivery. USPS has been very slow due to covid so some packages have been a little late, but we have tried our best on our end to make sure your item is in your hands within 10 days of purchase!

If you do not receive your item after 10 days please contact us so we can see what the issue is, or contact USPS.

RETURNS -
Due to the nature of our products and covid we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about this please contact us.

LOCAL PICKUP -
If you are in the Philadelphia region we do offer local pickup. Please contact us about this option before purchase.

ITEM IS DAMAGED - If you received an item that was damaged by The Nurtured Baby please contact us within 24 hours, we will replace the item within 5-7 days.
